Syed Mir Wasiq, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) candidate in the Khanewal by-elections, has filed a FIR against 60 persons, including Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) officials Attaullah Tarar, Chaudhary Waheed, and Abdul Ghaffar Dogar, according to A News.

According to the police report, PPP candidate Syed Mir Wasiq said that PML-N officials Attaullah Tarar, Chaudhry Waheed, Abdul Ghaffar Dogar, Saad, and others attacked the residence and smashed down the door with firearms.

The lawsuit has been filed under sections 506, 452/ b, 354,148, and 149, according to sources. The PPP candidate also requested that the police arrest the suspects in the attack on his home.
