DHA Multan and Delta Centauri Developments have signed a deal to collaborate on a world-class worldwide project.

MULTAN (Web Desk) – DHA Multan has inked a formal agreement with Delta Centauri Developments for the building of “Downtown Rumanza,” a World Class International Project, at the Rumanza Golf Club DHA Multan.

The project will include Pakistan’s first 5 Star international hotel chain, luxury residences, designer offices, shopping malls with foreign brands, a theme park, a gorgeous waterfront promenade, and Punjab’s biggest tower, according to details. The project will be Pakistan’s first international resort of global standards.

The signing event was attended by Project Director DHA Multan, the DHA Multan management team, and Mr. Tariq Saadat, CEO of Delta Centauri Developments.

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest property organisation, has also joined the endeavour as the venture’s exclusive sales and marketing partner.

Tariq Saadat, CEO of Delta Centauri Developments, predicted that South Punjab and adjoining territories will have a population of roughly 50 million by 2021, which is the same as the whole population of Spain or Italy. Multan is the epicentre of South Punjab, and this project will serve as Multan’s centre of gravity, he added.

International companies have signed on to be a part of this incredible megaproject that will not only transform the dynamics of South Punjab, but also the future landscape of Pakistan.

The project’s location is on the beautiful 18-hole Rumanza Golf Course designed by world class renowned Golfer, Nick Faldo.

The complete project is whole owned, developed, and sold by Delta Centauri Developments. It will offer breath-taking views of the stunning greenery and lakes to the international visitors and residents of this project.
