On Friday, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) carried out an operation based on a tip and apprehended two terrorists from the outlawed group Daesh.

According to a CTD officer, they confiscated bombs, firearms, and a large store of ammunition from the captured terrorists’ hands.

The security officer went on to say that a case had been filed against the terrorists and that an investigation was ongoing.
