The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) filed a lawsuit in the Islamabad High Court on Thursday, challenging the PECA Amendment Ordinance 2022. (IHC).

The party has asked the court to annul the ordinance immediately, according to details.

Meanwhile, PML-N spokesman Marriyum Aurangzeb told the media that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government tortures people who reveal its true face.

She went on to say that Prime Minister Imran Khan intends to utilise this “dark law” against his opponents.

Marriyum Aurangzeb also promised to preserve the Constitution in every way he could.
