On Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, dense fog has impeded transportation movement in many Punjab towns, including Lahore.

According to details, visibility on main roads in plain areas across the province has decreased due to dense fog, resulting in the closure of Lahore Motorway M2 from Thokar Niaz Baig to Sheikhupura, Lahore Motorway M3 from Lahore to Nankana, and Lahore Motorway M11 from Lahore to Sambrial to all types of traffic.

The highway police have recommended motorists to use the Grand Trunk (GT) Road. They also asked drivers to slow down and switch on their fog lights.
