Two tribes clashed over a coal mine boundary in the Dara Adamkhel region of Kohat district, resulting in at least 16 deaths and several injuries.

According to police sources, the Sunni and Zarghoon Khel tribes traded fire on Monday, claiming the lives of 16 people—11 on one side and 5 on the other.

The injured and deceased were immediately sent to a Peshawar hospital for treatment and postmortem tests.
