In an intelligence-based operation (IBO) on Wednesday, the counter-terrorism department (CTD) killed four terrorists, including a suicide bomber.

According to a CTD spokesperson, officials stormed a terrorist hideout in Gohri Kol, close to the Afghan border, and encircled the suspects. Terrorists fired in retaliation, but the authorities were able to stop them.

The authorities also found a vehicle being utilised for terrorism, a sophisticated firearm, and a hand grenade. According to a CTD official, they were also involved in attacks on security personnel.
