NA: The government claims that matters such as APS, Motorway, and Sialkot would not be determined anytime soon.

During the Friday session of the National Assembly, Advisor to the Prime Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Babar Awan acknowledged the delay in rulings in some of the most significant and critical cases before the courts.

According to the A News reported station, Babar stated during the assembly session that deficiencies in criminal procedural rules should be fixed because several cases, such as APS, Zainab, Noor Muqaddam, and the Sialkot Tragedy, are not being determined promptly.

In the House, Babar presented an adjournment motion on the Sialkot disaster, claiming that the episode cast doubt on Pakistan’s image overseas.

He informed the home that the culprit had been apprehended and that the challan will be presented in court within the following seven days.

The Interior Minister, Information Minister, and Law Minister were all absent during the discussion on the Sialkot disaster motion in the House.

According to this opposition member, Ahsan Iqbal, federal ministers are demonstrating a lack of concern on such a crucial topic.

Meanwhile, Dr Darshan raised the quorum, and the Deputy Speaker deferred the meeting till Monday evening at 4:00 p.m. owing to the government’s failure to complete it.
