Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, the chairman of the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), has been sworn in as a federal minister.

The PPP Chairman was sworn in by Pakistan’s President, Arif Alvi.

Former president Asif Ali Zardari, ex-prime ministers Yousuf Raza Gilani and Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, as well as a huge number of MPs, party members, and government officials, all attended the oath-taking ceremony here at the Aiwan-e-Sadr.

The event was also attended by Bilawal Bhutto’s close family members, including his sister Aseefa Bhutto and maternal aunt Sanam Bhutto, the sister of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
