On Thursday, security forces in North Waziristan District began two intelligence-based operations in response to terrorist reports in the Maddi Khel and Bobar Gap areas.

Four terrorists were killed after an intense exchange of fire, according to a statement provided by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), and weapons and ammo were recovered from the deceased terrorists.

Terrorists who were killed in the incident proceeded to carry out attacks on security officers.

Locals in the neighbourhood hailed the operation and expressed their unwavering support for its objective of eliminating the terrorism danger in the area.
