ISLAMABAD: Police raided the homes of top Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders Asad Umar and Babar Awan in Islamabad on Tuesday, but they were unable to be apprehended.
During the search operation, police arrived to Babar Awan’s house and harassed his staff, according to his son Abdullah Babar Awan.
Dr Firdous Ashiq Awan’s house was raided by police, although the former federal minister was not present, according to her spokesman.
