On Friday, vibrations from an earthquake were detected in the Swat province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the surrounding territories.

The epicentre of the earthquake, which measured 4.4 on the Richter scale and was located near the borders of Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, was 124 kilometres deep, according to the Seismological Centre.

The district administration continued by saying that no reports of casualties or damage to property as a consequence of the earthquake had been made. However, all relevant organisations were informed.

People who felt the earthquake’s shocks left their homes and walked to open areas while saying Kalima Tayyaba. But because of the aftershocks, they were terrified.
