LAHORE: A disturbing video has emerged showing an accused police officer and his colleagues torturing young people in Lahore.

A mobile phone video shows a group of guys savagely abusing a young man with belts. The accused reportedly utilised aerial fire while torturing the child.

Constable Sajid of Police Lines has been identified as the person torturing the youth.
