The Punjab Attorney General (AG) on Thursday demanded that the Punjab government’s medical board assess former Prime Minister and PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif’s medical report provided before Lahore High Court (LHC).

The Lahore High Court received Nawaz Sharif’s 3-page medical report, according to which physicians have prevented him from travelling.

The former Prime Minister was under additional strain following the death of Kulsoom Nawaz, according to the report, and if he returned to Pakistan without treatment, his condition may deteriorate, and his ailment could worsen in a stressful atmosphere.
