Members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) will meet with a delegation from the Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) on Sunday to discuss their concerns.
Prime Minister Imran Khan reportedly encouraged PTI members to meet with MQM-P legislators.
According to sources, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail will arrive at the MQM-P office in Bahadurabad for the meeting at 8 p.m.
Meanwhile, the combined opposition has agreed to grant Pervaiz Elahi, the head of the Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), the job of chief minister of Punjab.
According to people familiar with the situation, after the success of the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister, the opposition parties have decided to name Pervaiz Elahi the chief minister.
