On Sunday, the Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) detained four suspected terrorists from banned groups during operations across Punjab.

According to a CTD official, 25 intelligence-based operations (IBOs) were conducted in various districts of the province to promptly deal with any negative incident of terrorism, during which 25 suspects were examined and four alleged terrorists were detained. Salman, Malik Israr, Sher Zaman, Abdul Khaliq, and Sher Muhammad were among the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan and Daesh militants captured, he added.
