Sui Northern officers’ organisation hails the appointment of SNGPL’s acting MD.

(Web Desk) – Sui Northern Executive Officers Association applauds the Board of Directors’ decision to choose Mr. Amer Tufail as Interim Managing Director of SNGPL.

It is a pleasure to welcome Mr. Amir Tufail as the deserving Managing Director of SNGPL, which serves the nation via the country’s biggest integrated gas distribution and transmission network. We’ll achieve incredible things together thanks to his diverse expertise and drive.

We are pleased to have him lead the way as we have previously worked together to accomplish objectives and overcome problems.

The choice to offer important managerial positions to senior and experienced fellows reflects the Managing Director’s actual goal of organisation development.

The long-awaited problem of yearly officer raises has been immediately resolved by the new management, resulting in increased motivation among all workers of the organisation. Moreover, the completion of Annual Appraisal Reports and imminent promotions would undoubtedly lessen staff demotivation and dissatisfaction.
