LAHORE: By guiding Lahore Qalandars to their first victory in the Pakistan Super League, Shaheen Shah Afridi has set a tournament record (PSL).

After his side handily defeated the Multan Sultans in the PSL 2022 final at the Gaddafi Stadium, the 21-year-old bowler became the PSL’s youngest captain.

The previous record holder was Mohammad Rizwan, who was 28 years old when he won the PSL Cup in 2021.
