ISLAMABAD – Omar Ayub Khan, a PTI politician and recently appointed secretary general, claims that the Islamabad police raided his home early on Sunday and stole his car.

“Islamabad police from Shalimar police station raided my home once more at approximately 2:30 a.m. today without a search warrant and took my parked Toyota Hi Lux Twin Cabin Model 2011,” the victim said. In addition to unlawful searches, the Islamabad police are also stealing vehicles, said Khan in a tweet.

“Members of the judiciary, civil Servants, and diplomats should take care of their vehicles as the police has resorted to stealing vehicles to top up their salaries in these super high inflationary times,” the former federal minister said on his Twitter account.
