Pakistan has recorded two deaths in the previous 24 hours as a result of a new coronavirus, increasing the total number of confirmed cases to 1,528,178. The dead toll in Pakistan remained at 30,371 on Wednesday.

At least 117 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Pakistan in the last 24 hours, according to the most recent National Institute of Health (NIH) statistics.
