On Monday in Karachi, a young lady who was divorcing her husband shot her dead, according to the police.
The grisly murder took occurred in the courtroom. Dadan, a 60-year-old spectator, also sustained gunshot wounds.
The lady, 24, was fighting for a divorce. She had three children, the youngest of whom was just six months old.
Sikandar, the accused, shot her many times, inflicting injuries. She was taken by ambulance to the adjacent Civil Hospital, where she passed away from her wounds. According to rumours, the defendant is another district sessions judge’s brother.
