The Met Office forecasts mostly hot and dry weather for the next 24 hours throughout much of the country’s plains, with gusty winds expected in the afternoon.
The Met Office issued a warning, however, that isolated areas in Eastern Sindh, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and its surrounding regions might see thunderstorms with light rain and wind.
According to the Synoptic Situation, continental air is present throughout the bulk of the nation. There is a shallow westerly wave passing over the upper areas of the country.
The majority of the nation saw dry weather over the last 24 hours, while the south experienced hot weather. Shaheed Benazirabad and Sakrand, where temperatures rose to 47°C, remained the country’s warmest spots.
