ISLAMABAD: After police blocked PTI supporters from rallying in Sialkot on Saturday, former Prime Minister Imran Khan urged all party members to come to the streets following Isha prayers to oppose the “imported regime.”

Police raided PTI supporters in the early hours of Saturday for hosting a public meeting in a Sialkot park without the permission of the Christian community.

The Sialkot authorities declined the PTI’s request for a political gathering on private land, but they were offered various options for an other venue.
