Following the change in administration at the national level, the government fired Fayyaz Ahmed Dev as the Lahore Capital City Police Officer (CCPO).

Fayyaz Ahmed Dev has been sent to the Establishment Division.

According to a notification issued in this regard, Fayyaz Ahmed Dev, a BS-21 officer of the Pakistan Police Service presently serving under the Government of Punjab, has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division with immediate effect and till further order.
