In northern Sindh’s Ranipur city on Friday night, an unidentified assailant shot and murdered a man and his wife while they were riding on the Mehran National Highway.

A guy was reportedly riding a bike along the Mehran National Highway in Ranipur city, some 50 km from Khairpur city, with his wife and child. Near the Nangreja stop, the victim was shot by unidentified gunmen driving a vehicle.

The injured youngster was receiving medical attention as the police took charge of the dead bodies and sent them to Kot Deji Hospital for an autopsy. However, neither of the two deceased victims’ names could be determined at this time.
