FAISALABAD: The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Faisalabad declared the results of the Matriculation 2nd Annual Examinations 2022 on Tuesday, with a pass rate of 30.65%.
Dr Saleem Taqi Shah, Secretary BISE, presided over the result announcement event at BISE Auditorium and posted the results on the board website www.bisefsd.edu.pk at 10 a.m. by pressing a button on a laptop.
Speaking on the occasion, he stated that 20925 students took the Matric 2nd Annual Exams 2022, and 6413 of them were pronounced successful, resulting in a pass rate of 30.65%.
He stated that 65 test centres were built to assist students in the districts of Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, and Chiniot, while checking teams remained active to prohibit the use of fraudulent ways for completing question papers.
He stated that paper marking was done meticulously and transparently. However, if a candidate was dissatisfied with his results, he might seek for a review of his answer sheet within 15 days after paying the required cost.
If a mistake was discovered during rechecking by the BISE staff, the whole rechecking money would be reimbursed to the applicants, along with a rectified result card, he said, adding that further information could be received from Control Examinations by calling 041-2517710.
Examinations of Control Naveed Hussain Qureshi, Dr Babar Dogar, PS to Chairman Ehsan Ahmad, SHT Aftab Ahmad, PRO Sajid Hussain Naqvi, and others were also present at the result announcement event.
