Workers from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) have been freed after being detained for storming the Sindh House in the federal capital.

The workers were freed on the personal assurance of the area’s magistrate, according to reports.

It’s worth noting that PTI workers organised a demonstration outside Sindh House in the Red Zone region, but the rally became violent when activists knocked down the gate and went inside.

Faheem Khan, a PTI MNA from Karachi who was also present at the demonstration outside Sindh House, claimed that the people voted for them because of Imran Khan, and that the deserters were traitors.

He also threatened dissident members of the governing Pakistan People’s Party (PTI) who were living within Sindh House.
