Two soldiers were killed when terrorists assaulted security troops in the Sararogha district of South Waziristan District.
Pakistani military replied immediately to terrorists who fired on security personnel in Sararogha, South Waziristan District, according to an Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) statement.
According to the military’s media wing, two troops were slain while battling valiantly amid the heavy exchange of fire.
The martyred troops were named as Lance Naik Umar Ali Khan, a 26-year-old Bannu native, and Sepoy Muhammad Siraj ud Din, a 23-year-old Dera Ismail Khan resident.
