Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has developed an evacuation plan for Pakistanis stranded in Ukraine.
The national flag carrier will supposedly operate two flights to Poland’s capital Warsaw tomorrow; however, the schedule of the planned flights will be established when Pakistanis stranded in Ukraine arrive in neighbouring Poland.
In the meantime, the PIA administration is in constant contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the country’s diplomatic representative.
In contrast, Dr. Noel Israel Khokhar, Pakistan’s ambassador to Ukraine, indicated in a voice message on his Twitter account that there were around 3,000 students in Ukraine, the most majority of whom had been safely evacuated.
