The federal government scheduled three days off in Islamabad on Thursday to coincide with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Foreign Ministers Conference, which will be held in Pakistan from March 22 to 24.
The public holidays have been proclaimed in conjunction with the Council of Foreign Ministers meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) from March 22 to March 24.
The Cabinet Division has issued public holiday notices in this respect, stating that all government institutions within the federal capital’s boundaries will be closed for the three days.
The 23rd of March will be a public holiday in honour of Pakistan Day, according to the announcement.
