ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan stated on Sunday that he has endured several losses in his 20-year political career, and that powerful individuals have attempted to assassinate his reputation.

Imran Khan claimed in an interview with a US-based Islamic scholar that mafias control the country’s politics and that people are reluctant to join politics because of this.

During the conflict, Prime Minister claimed, bogus news and rumours were spread about him to humiliate him.

The Premier also stated that without the rule of law, no community can flourish.
